Rebated Door

Eng. wood rebated doors: Another unique solution on the market is rebated doors (Profiled edges) which add to the modern design of door leaves. This intelligent solution further aids in barricading dust, light , a/c losses & improves acoustic insulation between the rooms.
To improve mechanical stability & durability against moisture, our doors are PVC edge banded using PUR glue on all the 4 leading edges.

The rebated profile also allows for easy adjustments, in both width (+/- 2mm) & height (+/- 2mm) between the door and frame to get the perfect & seamless installation, everytime.

Wall Wrap
Adjustable Frame

The Wesmarc Wall Wrap adjustable frame features soft edges, wrapping three sides of the wall (80mm to 280mm) with a 45-degree mitre joint. Comprising 1 Jamb + 2 architraves (60mm), built from all-weather, high-density Eng. laminated wood for durability in diverse climates.

The bottom-side water sealant prevents water ingress. Choose from various colors with PUR glue-wrapped CPL veneer and a matching Co-extruded acoustic seal for a noiseless experience with superior shock absorption.
