40mm thick Rebated door manufactured from Wesmarc has a 75mm reinforced frame inside the door (stile & rail) duly butt jointed which is 100% borer & termite resistant Ply & our imported unique 33mm Infill tubular core provides an ideal combination of lightweight and stability and guarantees a very high impact resistance, with 3.2m HDF decks at each face of the door.
Italian excellence CPL Veneer on two faces and color-matched edge bands on all 4 sides of the door to withstand high exposure to water and resist termite infestation.
Additionally, the PUR Glue for veneer lamination & edge banding helps with high aging and humidity resistance.
Frame
Wesmarc wall wrap adjustable frame with soft edges which wraps the 3 sides of the wall starting from 130mm to 220 mm has a 45-degree miter joint. Each frame has 1 Jamb + 2 architraves(50mm) the base core material is made out of all-weather variant high-grade density Eng. laminated wood which is tough and can endure various climatic conditions additionally bottom-side water sealant makes it impossible to let the water go inside. Selecting different colors from our range of PUR glue-wrapped CPL veneer with matching Co-extruded acoustic seal in the frame groove gives a noiseless experience and has better shock absorption.
